Partners in Winning the War: American Women in World War II

The Partners exhbitition opened May 30, 2004, to coincide with the dedication of the World War II Memorial.  The exhibition focused on the often-forgotten contributions of American civilian women who served on the home front and the major contribution they made in the workforce, community and government, in both professional and voluntary capacities. The Partners exhibition was on view through March 2005.
